Supported Living Services (S.L.S..) is a program that provides an array of services for adults with developmental disabilities who want to live in a home of his or her choice.

We are vendorized with Far Northern Regional Center to provide Independent Living Service to adults with disabilities. The service is provided in your own home and in the community.
ILS provides support services to meet the general goals of increasing consumer independence, integration, productivity, empowerment/choice, relationships, and support. These services are defined by the individual consumer through that consumer's individual support plan process. This individualized support plan model is designed to serve any consumer with any type or level of developmental disability.
The Services We Can Provide in ILS include:
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Shopping
- Menu Planning
- Meal Preparation
- Money Management
- Use of Public Transportation:
- Personal Health and Hygiene:
- Self Advocacy Training:
- Use of Medical and Dental Services, as well as other community resources
- Community Resource Awareness such as police, fire, or emergency help:
- Home and Community Safety
