The new staff and I felt like we were well informed. Compass was clear about what was in it for us. The communication that Compass gave about what was changing and what was staying the same and who would be impacted. Another thing that helped was the OPEN meetings. Compass introduced the changes at an all-staff meeting. This way everyone heard the same message at the same time. Another thing that caught my attention was how everyone comes together as a team. Compass reassured me that this was going to be their promise and to this day Compass has kept that promise.
