Compass made the transition easier by not only bringing the Instructor over to their company but the clients were given the option to transfer with their current Instructor and continued services with little or no interruptions during or after the transition. I was surprised to learn how community-oriented Compass was with clients’ involvement. I was also surprised that not only were the employees/staff members included in events and outings but their family members as well. And probably the biggest surprise was the amount of appreciation other Compass employees, as well as Sadie and Eric, had for those of us that transferred over. Other employees and other departments, were there for us with anything or everything we needed! And everyone was there to work together as a team both in regards to clients’ wants and needs as well as all staff members!
The amount of support within this company is incredible and unlike what I have ever experienced at any other place I have ever worked! The kind words and encouragement that I have been given are priceless for both myself and my clients. And being creative can make all the difference for a client between success and lack of interest! My response in ending this question was probably best said when I called my son upset and unsure of my future employment after being with a company for a very, very long time, and he responded by saying, “ Mom, It may not seem like it now, but the closing of that company you have worked for the majority of your life, will be the best thing that could have ever happened to you! “ And he was absolutely right!
Compass has definitely been the right place for me as well as my clients. The opportunities are endless to all of us and the support we receive makes the difference during the rough times and no matter what we are all facing. Together, as a company unit, Compass has proved together we can get through and succeed in whatever life throws at us!
