The Build Project is a grant-funded training project developed by Compass SLS and ILS and funded by Cal DDS. The purpose of the grant is to build community connections and promote social inclusion among adults through social recreation within their community.  Subscribe to get updates and learn about upcoming events.

The Build Project aims to build the capacity of caregivers and families to support adults with pursuing their interests and develop community connections outside of their home. The project will also provide opportunities for individuals to build friendships and connect with those around them. Additionally, the Build Project seeks to enhance the capabilities of social recreation providers within the FNRC and ACRC regions to offer inclusive, adaptive, and meaningful opportunities for adults to engage with their broader community.
