REGIONAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Developmental Disabilities or related field

WHO ARE WE: Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services. As a Regional Manager with Compass, you’ll direct and oversee your prospective region in San Jose. You’ll have a team of managers to oversee, and a team of executives to partner with. You will lead your team who coordinates client supports, leads and manages a team of caregivers and provides 24 hours emergency response.
Regional Managers are tasked with creating programs and systems to ensure quality and cost-effective services. They will lead a team and achieve successful outcomes for clients and staff. Regional Managers will educate and develop leaders in the Compass community and be role models for all clients and staff. Regional Managers report to the Vice President of Operations.
JOB DETAILS: This is a salaried position. The rate of pay is determined by experience and education Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm with the emergency phone as assigned. Some travel is required for community events and monthly meetings.
