Healthy Living Series | Pumpkin Chia Pudding

Nurse Jamie and Health Coach Sheri show us how to put a fall spin on Chia Pudding by adding pumpkin!

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
Vegan, Gluten free, Paleo

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
Refrigerated
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond milk, unsweetened
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
