QSP Director
After graduating with my Bachelors in Science in 2007, my career path was unclear for several years until joining the Compass team as an administrative intern in 2012.
During my first year, I spent time in a variety of roles that built up my knowledge and understanding of the world of I/DD services. This included time in the office assisting with client case management, as well as experience in the field as an ILS Life Coach and Direct Service Professional in SLS.
It was during this time that I also began to work on a special software development project as a tester and end-user. It was these early days that catapulted my interest in being part of the long-term plans for this software, which we now call QSP (QuickSolvePlus). It’s been so much fun to be part of its growth, design and development.
As Director of QSP, I am building a team that will bring a premier, one-of-a-kind, software solution to other human service agencies like COMPASS, that struggle to find a software that truly gets what they do.
At home in Redding, my wife and I are raising 4 world-changers and have a golden retriever that makes our family complete…and full of dog hair.
