Let me share a recent memorable experience. One of my clients graduated from Cal State Hayward in 2023 with a business degree. He had been working at Marshalls for eight years as a clerk. When an HR clerk position opened up, he applied and got the job! He went from part-time to full-time work. For me, it was exciting to be there and guide him to this successful outcome.
